Return and Exchange Policy Explanation
1、 Scope of application
This policy applies to all products on sale in our store (excluding special products such as customized and fresh products)
Returns and exchanges must meet the following conditions:
Keep the product in its original packaging and accessories intact
Provide valid purchase receipts (order screenshot/invoice)
The return and exchange application must be submitted within 7 days after signing for it
2、 Return and exchange process
Application submission
Contact customer service to provide order number and problem description (quality issues need to be accompanied by photos)
Customer service will review and send the return address within 24 hours
Return of goods
Suggest choosing a traceable shipping method
The return shipping fee shall be borne by the responsible party (for quality issues, we will bear the cost, and for non quality issues, the user will bear the cost)
Refund processing
Complete quality inspection within 3 working days after receiving the return
Return the refund through the original payment method (credit card/payment platform may have a delay of 1-3 days)
3、 Special note
Situations that affect secondary sales (such as label removal, product contamination) will not be returned or exchanged
Additional customs clearance documents are required for overseas purchases of goods
Promotional gifts must be returned together with the main product
